In 2021, after college graduation and getting married, we purchased a small farm in the country. What started with 4 chicks, soon grew into a passion for homesteading and the start to becoming self-sufficient. We now have 100+ total birds on the property and have ventured into gardening, the use of essential oils as a replacement to modern medicine, creating our own clean beauty products, and sourdough baking. We hope you come to love what our little farm has to offer.
ABOUT LARSEN FARMS
Here at the farm, our first priority is the animals. We take all means necessary to ensure each animal is well fed and healthy! We conduct state heath tests on all adult birds bi-annually to ensure each have a clean bill of health!

After caring for the animals, comes our own health! After being diagnosed with gluten & dairy intolerance in 2017, sourdough became the main ingredient for most baked goods within our family! We have made recipes from pizza dough, to bagels, to crackers... ALL with sourdough! These recipes are 100% dairy free and target those with gluten intolerance. The possibilities with sourdough are endless, and we hope you will enjoy some of these treats with us!

Here at the farm, we also focus on natural health and beauty products. In our family, traditional medicines have been replaced with essential oils and blends...sleep aids have been replaced with magnesium oil spray...and face and body products replaced by various tallow-based moisturizers and balms. We hope that you give them a try and begin making the switch to cleaner products for you and your family.

At the farm, we want to know what we are putting into our bodies! The animal feed is all locally sourced and free from GMO's and extra additives. Essential oils and tallow products are sourced with the best combination of organic and therapeutic ingredients available!
