For hatching eggs:
Once received, allow to set pointy end down for 24-48 hours untouched on the counter. This will allow the air sac to stabilize. Often times in transit the air sacs become detached and can affect the hatch rates.
During this time, pre-warm your incubator to allow for stabile temperature and humidity. Chicks take around 21 days to hatch while ducks take around 28 days to hatch. Temperature should be between 99-101 degrees Fahrenheit and humidity varying from 30-55% based on egg type.
For the dehydrated starter, there will be detailed rehydrating instructions included in the kit.
