Shipping Policy
Typical shipping on hatching eggs and baked goods is a flat rate of $20 for 3-5 day shipping. Free shipping over purchases of $75 on all goods.

There is no shipping available on day-old or live birds. They must be picked up at the farm, or can be delivered locally for a fee.

Local delivery is also an option based on farm availability for Whitley County and surrounding areas. (~20 Miles). Cost of local delivery is $10.
Return & Exchange Policy
All consumable items are non-refundable.

Hatching eggs come with no shipping guarantee due to the nature of shipping methods.

Live adult birds have a 1 week fully refundable health guarantee once they leave the farm. Birds are tested bi-annually for H5/H7 Avian Influenza and Pullorum-Typhoid (PT). They are guaranteed a clean bill of health when they leave the farm. Day old chicks have a 48 hour fully refundable health guarantee once they leave the farm. Due to the trauma of transporting day old birds, we cannot guarantee anything past 48 hours.
